I am a licensed LMHC, LMFT, and NCC with extensive experience supporting individuals, youths, couples, and families navigating life distress and relationship challenges. Since 2009, I have helped clients strengthen communication, heal emotional wounds, and build healthier connections through a trauma‑informed and culturally responsive approach. My work blends evidence‑based practices with a warm, grounded presence so clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I specialize in relationship dynamics, youth emotional wellness, and guiding clients through stress, transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to break. As the founder and director of Optimal Relationships for Women and Youths Inc., and the author of The Soul Doesn’t Carry Papers and Rising Beyond Barriers, I am committed to helping people cultivate resilience, clarity, and meaningful change. I provide therapy in English, French, and Haitian Creole, ensuring clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural and safe.
